Throat chakra


The 5th chakra is the Throat Chakra, also known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit, which means 'purification’.

Location: It is situated at the Neck region or throat.

Endocrine gland: Thyroid and Parathyroid gland

Body association: Neck, throat, ears, jaws, voice, upper lungs and arms

What is the function of Throat Chakra? The thoughts in your mind come out as a sound. The throat chakra helps you to communicate and express what you think effectively.
